Competency Dictionary License & Discounted Workshop Fee
The Workitect Competency Dictionary/Library is used throughout each workshop in instructional materials, e.g. coding booklets and interview guides, and in practice exercises. These materials are copyrighted and cannot be used outside of the workshop without written permission by Workitect. Consequently, it is recommended that the organization of each participant acquire a competency dictionary license prior to attendance. Description

Participants in this live online workshop will learn how to plan a competency-modeling project, communicate and gain support for it, use resource panels and interviews to collect data, analyze and code interview transcripts, write job models, and develop applications. Each participant will also have an opportunity to review his/her back home project plan, implementation plan, and challenges, and receive consulting help from a Workitect consultant/instructor.

Transfer, Substitution, and Cancellation Policy: If you register for this workshop and later determine that you cannot attend it, you may contact Workitect in advance to transfer to a future session, or you can send someone to take your place. If you need to cancel your attendance, Workitect will give you a complete refund if you cancel more than three weeks before your workshop begins. If you cancel with less than three week’s advance notice, you will be liable for the entire workshop fee. This also applies to unpaid invoices.
