Opportunity Assessment [76kb PDF]
A checklist that a coach can use to rate five characteristics of each subordinates, leading to an assessment of the degree of difficulty of a potential coaching intervention.

Coaching Plan [73kb PDF]
A place to capture important information needed to effectively coach an individual. What gaps exist between the way the coach sees a situation and the way an employee sees it? For example, what gaps exist between perceived competencies and career goals? Where can we find some common ground to work on some things together?

Development Plan [85kb PDF]
Coaches and coachees need to summarize in writing specific development needs, goals, actions needed to achieve the goals, required involvement of others, and target completion dates.
