This half-day program introduces the whole concept of competencies to an organization and helps it's leaders decide if a competency-based HR system makes sense for their organization, and/or how key people can participate in the process. A six-step model building process (shown below) that is taught in our three-day Building Competency Models workshop is discussed. The half-day program is also a good overview and orientation to the workshop, and can be used as a component of an organization's executive meeting or conference.
