We are a small, highly specialized firm. Each consultant has at least 35 years of relevant experience. Our customers find us to be flexible, approachable, easy to work with, practical, and effective. Our work in competency systems is based on solid research, much of it learned from our association with McBer and Company, the firm that created and perfected job competency modeling. The research is described in Competence At Work, published by John Wiley & Sons. Our own dictionary of 34 competencies [626kb PDF] and behaviors is an integral part of our work.
